We’ve moved!!

We decided to move our blog over to blogger, where we’ll be able to customize our blog and make it easier to find recipes!  We’re going to be doing a transfer of a good bit of our blog posts, but some of them won’t be making it.

Come see us over there!!

Yesterday we made gingerbread pancakes with some sliced bananas for breakfast because I really wanted Alex to try them, so he got to choose whatever he wanted for breakfast today.  I ended up making him bacon, ham, sausage, summer sausage and scrambled eggs with toast and some of the leftover potatoes from last night’s dinner mixed with mozzarella.  He wanted a spread, so he got a little bit of everything.  I made him include a banana for a bit more of nutrition.  I made myself an egg, over easy, with some toast and potatoes and a bit of sausage and summer sausage also, topped off with a clementine for freshness.

Tonight for dinner, we did a lot of roasting.  We roasted up some brats (chicken & apple sausages) as per usual with some sliced onions, then we roasted up some carrots with italian seasonings, pepper & salt, and then some diced potatoes with garlic, Onion Onion, italian seasonings and Worcestershire sauce (which Alex doused pretty generously, so we had a nice burnt layer on the pan from the sauce).  The potatoes, being quite different from what we usually do, were quite tasty with a hint of ranch dressing.  Nice and crispy!!
